| A little about me: | I am a person who has been living with the diagnosis of carcinoid that was discovered about two years ago. I have had a small bowel resection with removal of a tumor that had spread to lymph nodes and liver. I don't really have anyone to talk to about this. My doctor is kind, but he is not really very willing to discuss things. I myself try to ignore all of it, but I have alot of fears. I believe in support groups; I think they are important for humans to share their strengths and fears. |
