| I encourage you all to hang on and keep going. Life may take a dive sometimes but always remember "This to shall pass". For those that suffer the season depression on top of the bipolar depression, my heart goes out to you as I suffer the same. Spring will heal us again soon. Have faith in that. Be well, everyone!!! My thoughts, prayers and love goes out to all of you! |
