Not happy
I am finding out that I may be, probably am bipolar nos. Not happy with the diagnosis so am a bit resistant. Just started medication for it. Am hoping for relief from the almost constant frustrating, angry feelings and negativity. If the meds help, then accepting the diagnosis will be easier. My frame of reference for bipolar is my sister (who committed suicide) and she was so over the top she was scary. Had other diagnosis too but that is my reference. Scary to say the least. My father was probably bipolar too given his outrageous behaviors. Also, have an uncle with some undiagnosed mental illness. My mother had depression as well as my self.
