| A little about me: | Hi I'm Sinead from Dublin Ireland. Im 40 years of age and the mother of two boys. I have been on medication now for a number of years for depression but hope one day to be well and live a happy life. Everyday is a battle and I have noticed if I eat well and exercise my mood improves. I think I need to work harder in this area. Hope I make new friends on here to chat with Love Sinead x |
