	hi Scutty, Moh's Surgery is a surgery performed by a specially trained dermatologist.squamous cell carcinoma is a form of skin cancer.what they do is take the layer of skin off that has the cancer on it and put it immediately under the microscope.if there is any cancer left,theyll take another layer.and so on untill all the cancer is gone.it is usually done for skin cancer here in usa.it only removes the deceased skin and preserves as much as possiple.they can do it in the urethra too.google it,i found out quite a bit on the internet.hope this helps.ask your dr if you are a candidate or a referall to a qualified moh;s surgeon.

	hope you are ok i know surgery is scary but better then doing nothing did you get any news from your dr?

Went to see a Urologist Specialist on Friday 27th April and he told me that I had Penile Cancer. He said that I would be going to Morriston Hospital near Swansea UK for an Op. and that I would probably need cosmetic surgery. Previously my scrotum had started to swell when I stopped taking the antibiotic called ciprofloxacin. It became swollen so much that I called for an ambulance myself and was admitted to the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport. They gave me a drip of antibiotics for four days and eventually the swelling started to reduce. They sent me home witha catheter and I was to go back for further tests after 6 weeks. I am currently waiting for instructions about going to Swansea Hosp for my Op.
