| A little about me: | I am a 34 year old woman with bipolar disorder. I was diagnosed in January 2008. I had a severe manic episode, psychosis and everything. I hope to make friends to help each other cope. Hope I can help any way I can. By the way, I have three beauiful children who keep me vigilant in all of this. I remember to take my meds and more importantly, get some sleep every night. That is it for now. |

| Sometimes we go through life and it seems like there is challenge after challenge. Why do we experience these? I don't know. One of the things that I have found is that there have always been friends for support. For that I am eternally grateful! |
