a HugHey Guys :)
So far...
1. I started DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy).

2. I started a little scrap book of thoughts.

3. I'm continuing my education.

4. I figured out I want to be a therapist.

5. I figured out I want to be a Group Leader of the Group "Borderline in the Family".

6. I'm slowly fighting my addiction.

7. I climbed a mountain.

8. And am slowly healing physically and emotionally.

Cheers!
-Annie
