"My adult son was diagnosed with epilepsy at the age of three. Thru many trials of ineffective med regimes, seizures are managed and he is currently leading a productive and happy life with a wonderful fiancee."	"My very dear friend suffered her first stroke 3 yrs. ago and recovered with no residual effect. She suffered a second, massive stroke approximately one year ago, resultin in right sided hemiparesis and wheelchair dependent. She resided with me prior to her initial stroke and goal is to return to home. Currently, she is residing in a skilled nursing facility. She is only 51 years old."	"my cirrhosis was brought on from HCV thru no falt of my own. I was told by my gastro doc that "it's one of the risks that goes with being in the medical profession". I am currently an RN on disability. I wear this ribbon in support of all of us who have HCV."
