 | Hi Pat and welcome to the support group. My name is Lee Ann and I was diagnosed May 2011. One thing I've learned is that WG differs from person to person. I do have the ear and sinus problem also. I feel like I have water in my left ear and I feel my sinuses get clogged. Before my diagnosis, I was told it was allergies and even had tubes placed in my ears which did nothing and it hurt quite a bit to get them in. Since I was diagnosed with WG last year, my sinuses have improved. I was on 1000mg of predisone IV in the hospital then went to 60mg per day for days later. And now, I'm finally off prednisone. I also take mycophenolate daily. Things will get better but it takes time and be patient with yourself. I hope you are feeling better. |
