MDJunction - People Helping People

MDJunction to me

MisaBlue01"MD Junction has been a safe haven for me. I have met so many caring and understanding people and i don't feel so alone anymore with my bipolar. I now know that others suffer as well and that we need each other for support. I hope that one day we can all learn to love and respect each other more and that no one will have to suffer anymore." My Diary
Ready to take the first step
Joing the Navy in 1987 the times were different. The thoughts on mental health was assessed for the extreme cases. The average guy pushed through and brushed it off. It is not so any longer. I have a responsability to myself and my community to seek answers to better my condition. That is why i am here.
