MDJunction to me

jenniferdiva"MDJunction has been just an amazing support for me. The people who are on mdj are so nice! Unlike the many other support sites that I have been on. I have made several friends on mdj who are so supportive and so educated about mental illness. Of course non of us are doctors, but we certainly offer each other hugs, opinions, and advice. I have learned a great deal from my friends on mdjunction. I am also encouraging other people who suffer from mental illness to come on to MDJ. It can be a life line." (jenniferdiva)

A little about me: It has been a tough 4 years... I am 30 years old and suffer from Lyme Disease, hypothyroidism and Candida. Spent many years being misdiagnosed, Looked down upon as if I were insane..etc.. Very weird nature of this beast. some months I feel like a million bucks, others I feel like death..

Some of the symptoms I go through are: Tinnitus, Hearing loss, Dizziness, weakness, Chronic sinusitis, mood swings, Brainfog, Joint pain, Anxiety, Heat/ Cold intolerance..ETC ETC.. the list goes on and on..

Most of them happened after I had an untreated/ undiagnosed tick bite in PA. I I have always had some anxiety growing up but not really the other problems.
I joined this forum to help others who go through these issues and also to be around others who might understand what it is like.

I believe one day I will overcome all this. That is all I got for right now..
