| A little about me: | I was diagnosed with FM in 2010 although was experiencing symptoms for several years without being diagnosed. Previous doctors just thought I was a hypochondriac I guess. I knew I had untreated thyroid disease and expected to get better once I found a competent doctor who would do the correct test to re-diagnose my thyroid condition but I was surprised that after a year of meds, I still had the pain, fog, fatigue and other problems. In 2012 I was diagnosed with Essential Tremor disorder. So far, no luck with medications to help it. The tremors affect mostly my head, neck, shoulders and torso but I also have trouble with my right hand at times. They started years ago but very subtle. In fact, no one could see my head shaking but I sure felt it. I call it an internal tremor to myself then I found out that the correct medical term for that is an internal tremor. Go figure |
