| A little about me: | Currently I am trying to figure out just who the heck I am. In therapy for PTSD from childhood abuse and co-dependence issues. I am a newly separated from my fiance, who is bi-polar. I am also coming to grips with the idea that my father, who was also bi-polar, was a closet alcoholic and that maybe AL-ANON would help explain a lot. I'm also trying to be still with myself through mediation. I find it another way, another tool in the toolbox, to stop running from myself. I am here because I need to be here. Finally, people are saying things that make sense to me. It is a relief. |

| Hello, To all of my friends, group members, newbee's. Sorry, I haven't been on. My cousin passed away at age 41, we were all very sadden by this loss. Please say a prayer for my family.
