 | Hey Everyone, and Happy February. Dont let Costo get you down on this month of respecting your loved ones. Valentines day is approaching, take some me time, spend some time with your spouse, or significant other. Ask them for a massage, do something romantic. Sorry I have been MIA for so long my son got really sick with bronchitis and my entire family caught it as well. I dont browse the forums as much as I should but if you need anything please PM me. Lots of love, lots of hugs from me to you. |
| Its a new year, and this means new beginnings and letting go of old things. If costo is getting you down remember you can come on here and talk anytime you want about how you feel without judgement, and without backlash. That being said because its a new year, we should all be encouraging others to talk about how they cope with this illness, and tell their stories. Everyone has one, and by doing that we get to know everyone that much better. Have a great new year everyone hope to see you all here more often. |
| Hi all. I am your new Group leader and am honored to be so. As we approach the Holiday season pain flare ups cause more issues than normal as nobody wants to be interrupted by pain during the holiday season. I would like to get to know all of you a little better and would like it if you all could share something about yourself, your costo DX and any other illness you suffer from, or just a bit about yourself in general. Do you have kids? How does Costo affect you and your relationships etc are just a few of the ideas I would like to hear from you all. I wish you all a happy holiday season and wish the best for all of you in dealing with this condition. |
