| A little about me: | I finally feel safe enough to update my 'about me'. I am a mother of four blessings...in my 40's, & a survivor of a 15-yr abusive marriage. I endured just about every type of abuse possible, with the exception of severe physical. I've only been away from my abuser for about five months now, and life is just beginning to unfold for me. My children are safe in my custody, and in three months we will be moving nearly 3,000 miles away from the abuser. I feel as if I'm just beginning to come awake! I know my children and I still have a long road of healing ahead of us...we are in therapy, and my family is so very supportive and loving. MdJ's emotional abuse forum has been such a strength throughout this process! Thanks to our group leaders, and all the brave souls who come here. No matter what stage they are in, there is help available. My best to everyone~ Autumn |

| Spring is a time of new beginnings and an opportunity to look at what we've achieved so far. On the sexual abuse forum, we're looking at what we've achieved despite the hardships in our lives. Come and share in our mutual awesomeness and have a great Spring! |
