| A little about me: | My name is Jan, not "I love coffee" :) Although I do love coffee. All usernames associated with Jan were taken, so I was desperate. I have suffered from panic and anxiety attacks, as have my son and daughter so I know full well how dibilitating they can be -- BUT I am here in support of my bff, Conn65!! She has taught me more about agoraphobia than anyone. We have been close friends for 8 years as well as business partners, so she has been a teacher to me in this area for a LONG time :) Support, I think is the most important factor in surviving and healing. Hopefully through this, I will learn more and in turn, be more helpful. |
