all the bullshit i cant handle
I was diagnosed first stage emphysema jan.04 2012,my life has been shattered ever since, i have no support system to speak of i live in a house with 3 other full time smokers at the same time i am trying to quit today is my first totally no smoke day...i dont know what to do, ive smoked from the age of 10 to now age 48. Im real angry right now...even though i did it to myself, if still feels so unfair...i dont know where to go from here,i will say though this site has made me feel better than the other sites i checked out..right now i cant think about the future its to scary for me right now
