MDJunction to me

Peace77"Mdj to me is a place a can visit to talk to anyone while going through a hard time with depression.
I have learned so much from others and I'm grateful to all my special friends here. It truly is a place you can talk to people, and you will never be treated negatively. I have found only, caring and kind support here. Thank you Mdj for a place I call my home, when I need to get away from my life..and have unbiased support..

a HugI am so sorry that you don't have the support that you deserve. Flare ups are so painful and ugly! However just one day without some sort of pain would be nice for all of us. I love this site, just knowing I am not alone on this journey is comforting. We feel each others pain and happiness, I hope your week gets better

Hang in there

a HugThis is a gentle hug, powmia. Like an air hug so it won't hurt. ;-) My husband is afraid to hug me anymore. I know how not being close with your husband can add to your frustration with the pain. I think they protect themselves from the anger and helplessness we feel by putting a distance between us. I don't know how to fix the problem - yet - but I do feel your emotional as well as physical pain. Hang in there and keep plugging along. When one day at a time is too hard, try one hour at a time. I honestly have tried this and it helps. Also, think of anything silly you have done in the past like going to a party or dinner with a friend or even having a laugh with a stranger and focus on how you felt at that time. It helps you remember that there are good times to come. Take care!
