| A little about me: | I'm 28 yrs old I have bipolar anxiety and depression! I'm a very outgoing person love to sing dance and have fun!!! I have been up and down with these illness and I just try to keep my head up! Those of you who suffer from this know it is a day by day illness!!! I was once told that you can be Bipolar or you can have Bipolar so I try and live like that and not let it consume me!!!I also deal with arthritis and two bulging disc in my back and a tendinitis and a tear in my shoulder! There are some days I just don't feel like gettin out of bed but luckily I have a great support system so they call or come over to cheer me up if I'm down and if I'm hurting they just try to make me laugh!!! |
