| A little about me: | Hi. My name is Miguel. I have OCD and have suffered from it for several years now. I think I started to show symptoms of it when I was 12 years old. I was in Middle School at the time. I started to show symptoms of OCD with rituals that I had to do so that everything would be alright. Just a few month ago my OCD started to cause me to have these really bad unwanted thoughts and it caused me a lot of suffering and made me feel like I was becoming evil so I decided to seek professional help. I have started to take medication (Paxil) and it has really helped me. I also know that God is helping me too to get better. I am new here and I hope to make new friends here that can understand what it is to have this horrible thing known as OCD. |

| Namaste! I apologize for not being on the boards lately. There is a lot going on in my life right now and I am dealing with the changes. I hope you are doing ok. Always remember that you have the strength and you have the power. OCD may be frightening at times but it is we who have control over it and not the other way around.
