| A little about me: | I am an Interior Designer and recently got my degree in Health Information Technology. I work at Kaiser Permanente. I have a wonderful husband and 4 kids. I was diagnosed with FM about 2 years ago but I know that I have had it longer. I try to not let it get the best of me but some days are better than others. I try to stay active, which has proven to work for me. I like cycling, yoga and weight lifting. I used to love to cook but now after doing it for so many years, it now feels like a chore, lol. I am a people person and I am very social with many girlfriends. Sometimes its hard to do everything that they do because I get tired easily but one of my good friends has Lupus, so she understands. I am so happy I found this group because no one understand what we are going through, its on of those things that you have to experience for yourself...so hugs for everyone! |
