 | It's been a few months since i've sent out one of these, and i'm sorry about that. What I can talk about now though is rebounding from a setback. Doesn't matter how far low you sink if you know you have the strength to get back up. And if you don't think you have it, stop by the Child Abuse Survivors Group, we are good at helping you realize it within yourself. And hey, what better time to start that upward climb than when the weather is finally starting to get warm? |
| Writing the hug this month is hard, because, well i've had a hard month. But one thing I know to be true....I can always count on the group. So i'm sending out this hug in hopes that you all know that's true as well. |
| Sandy is over for my area at least.....and i'm slowly leveling out again. Although the past week has been like a nightmare for me, it could have been a LOT worse....and what got me through most of it was knowing that my friends on MDJ were here waiting for me, worrying about me, ready for me to come back so they could help calm me down. Thank you for that knowledge....because I was secure in it. |
