MDJunction - People Helping People

MDJunction to me

Bettyg"MDJ means a place for others with my type of illness to hang out; chronic lyme and/or co-infections/other diseases the ticks carry.
We get NEEDED SUPPORT from those walking in our shoes, and share in EDUCATING one another.
We are blessed to have over 700 boards in ONE location! A WIN-WIN.

A little about me: I was a geno 2 didagnosed 2002 botched my first tx in 2003, and later re-treated 48wks. SVR'd julty 21, 2010

Been on another support group specifically for Hepatitis C and they helped me learn about the virus. how to manage sides of tx. I found support invaluable. I hope I can help others with experience shared.

"Because I had hepatitis C. Because many do not know they have the virus, and many do not know there are treatments available to cure the virus. I wear it because I want people to know about this virus."
