A little about me: I am in my mid 40's, currently coping with Crohn's disease, CHF, several congenital heart defects, chronic debilitating pain including sciatica & arthritis, asthma, depression and anxiety. But the biggie to cope with is Social Security Disability - been wrestling with them for 3.5 years (first alone, and now with a lawyer)!

"Blue ribbons for family who lost their battle with colon cancer, but fought bravely until the end."

"I proudly wear a white ribbon for my mom - she fights diabetes everyday and still takes care of me."
