| A little about me: | When my great grandfather came over to the Philippines from California back in 1901, to settle and help set up the public school system,little did he know he tossed his bloodline into the salad spinner of the far east. Spanish,Portugese.Filipino fusions added to the original Anglo,so which side bipolarity came from no one knows. but it seems I'm the only one of four kids who's been diagnosed with it. Bipolar 1 since late 08,but I strongly feel i was bipolar 2 for years before then, Had at least 2 major depressions in my teens and more energy than most for short periods of time.At first,the diagnosis felt like a death sentence,being a father of five kids,but over time by Grace of God,i've recovered quite a bit of my footing,but there are still times that are truly trying. |

| Hello, To all of my friends, group members, newbee's. Sorry, I haven't been on. My cousin passed away at age 41, we were all very sadden by this loss. Please say a prayer for my family.
