MDJunction - People Helping People

MDJunction to me

nvrsubtle"Not having any local Bipolar support groups where I live, MDJuntion has given me a place in which people understand what I am going through and has given me a new outlook on life with support that is real and good. Without
the support that I receive from MDJunction, I would be wandering through
life with no one who understands me. I owe so much to MDJunction for giving
me a life line to help get me through the toughest times.

A little about me: Semi-coping Agoraphobe prone to panic/public stiffness, yet highly creative, determined either way.
I must re-engage, and MOST OF ALL BE TRUE TO MYSELF, as I learn of the dynamic role of metaphysics, while studying the school of new thought (in order to realize great change within)...while trusting the higher guide to open those little doors that damage has taught me to avoid.
My Awareness Ribbons

"Bipolar, and quite aware of how my moods fluctuate. Now, what to do about going thru it w/o medication..."

"I am a SURVIVOR of emotional abuse."

"Fellow survivor of panic attacks."

"Substances shall no longer be my crutch or my demise! This is the will of the great liberator of my truest spirit self (in whom my confidence rises up through the ashes)."

"I withold food from myself. This (as far as I am concerned) is a self-punishing pattern. I deserve to bring nutrition into my brain by eating good foods at regular intervals throughout each day."

"I live, I breathe, and share of my experiences/strength/hope outside of those pesky rooms. Hear that world?"

"Guilt-tripping (I find) is a "ritual abuse". Must work thru this. Dual diagnosis. Depressive/Anxiety/Social Agoraphobe mix with brain wired to want to self medicate. I know there is not a way out, but most certainly a way through."
