| A little about me: | I was diagnosed with Bipolor Type II when I was 18 after a major car accident. For three years my life was horrid, feeling as though I had to hide myself from everyone. Then I met my husband. We have been married for 10 years in March and have 3 wonderful children. I live in constant fear that my middle child has bipolar as well and that no one will listen until it is too late. I still feel at times that I have to hide myself from others. Coworkers either think the worst or they say "everyone has moody days." I want to find a place where people don't make snap judgements based on my disorder, but not minimize its effects on me. |
