MDJunction to me

Nightstars"Before I met MDJ earlier this year,I was severely isolated, avoiding direct contact with the world.
Now because of being able to contact anonymously, ask questions and get answers, and contribute to helping others,I am becoming part of the world again. I'm a member of several support groups. It helps me get a picture of how to become the whole person I want to be.

A little about me: In 1998 I had a severe psychotic episode - after a few days I wound up hospitalized. I was first diagnosed with Schizophrenia, then after awhile I had mood issues and was dx with Schizoaffective Disorder Bipolar Type. Another doctor said I was Bipolar 1 ("an extreme case")but since I have symptoms when not on an anti-psychotic the Schizoaffective Disorder dx stuck again. I have been hospitalized several times over the years, and have finally accepted the fact that I need medication to stay stable. I have been on SSD for my illness since 2003. I have tried to go back to work, but I have panic attacks when I am somewhere that I can't leave...also I had a psychotic break at my old job so I think that is part of why I am afraid to go back to work...I told my coworkers aliens stationed on Mars were sending me messages over the computer system and that I knew the secrets of the universe...makes for an awkward work situation...also pictures on the wall were moving like looking out a window and I sat staring at them for a long time...

Meds I have taken:
Haldol, Zyprexa, Risperdal, Seroquel, Abilify,Ativan,Xanax,Gabitril,BuSpar,Klonopin,Zoloft,Lexapro,Paxil,Wellbutrin,Trazodone,Effexor,Lithium,Depakote,Trileptal
