| A little about me: | I had Cushing's disease and my first surgery was in 2000 when I was 18, to remove a pituitary tumor. By 2009 it had come back and I had another surgery but wasn't cured. My doctors have determined I have hyperplasia and will always have tumorous cells. Two was all I could safely undergo and since radiation (gammaknife/cyberknife) is so ineffective I decided to have my adrenal glands removed instead in 2010. We'll keep an eye on the tumor to make sure it doesn't grow too large and I'll just keep living; as we all must do. If anyone wants to talk, I am here for you. |

| Hello, I am sorry to hear that cushings disease has come back for the second time. I had surgury in 2001 and it came back in 2009, I had radiation treatment in 2010 at Viginia Mason. Now I have a weight problem, would you know of any Diet Centers that deal with Cushings Disease? If so please write back to me soon. |
