	Hello SE&PT sg member, Firstly, a very warm welcome to all new members here- make your fine selves at home with us please. Secondly yet just as equally first- huge heartfelt thanks to Doris/Dee who am co GL with - so grateful for all her wonderful posts that she shares with us- please everyone check them out!! Please take a look at all the new posts. Please vent, lean on us, ask questions, reply to posts, rate discussions- just join in, better for you as well as for the group as a whole for you to instead of being passive take a dynamic/proactive role, for sure! :-) Many thanks in advance for your input/taking part, too! There are 1080 members yet it both saddens plus frustrates me in equal measure yet only the same handful of individuals seem to want to participate. Bewilders me too as there are some awesome posts in all the Forums- plenty for everyone. So make it so No. 1 ;-)(excuse me am a Star Trek fan) yet seriously,post today or tomorrow or next week yet post when you can to the best that you can- the more active the group is the better it is for everyone- variety is the spice of life. We learn from one another, we lean on one another- either way we move forward :-)! Will be away on vacation from the 10th of June for 4 nights, yet, may be offline for a little longer- just to let you all know. Yet, am leaving you in the capable hands of April, SS & Dee. Take most excellent care of You as well as of each other here- tenderness, love, patience, openness, courage, faith, hope, forgiveness,respect and intuition, okay. Look forward to seeing lots of activity when return from vacation- thanks for your support as well as for choosing to not just watch from the sidelines. Yesterday was a success for me. Even though I was in alot of pain, I finally accomplished what I wanted to accomplish on here; find a lupus support group. It was nice to find other support groups that fit my needs to. I just hope this way, looking at peoples stories, and hearing testimonies, and reading encouragement quotes, I can better deal with my situation.

Today I am in alot of pain. My back hurts, my neck hurts, my rash is back, and my eyes hurt and they're a little swollen. I go to physical therapy today, so hopefully that'll releave me from some of this tightness and pain.
