MDJunction - People Helping People

MDJunction to me

jpcrps"When I found MD Junction, I was in the beginning stages of RSD/CRPS. I was scared, lacked knowledge about the condition, and felt very alone.

MD Junction changed all of that for me. I found friendship and terrific information from people who had first-hand knowledge of this syndrome. It was and still is a big part of my life.

MDJ was my first step on the journey of grief; from denial to acceptance. I am now inspired to help others by sharing this amazing site and sharing my own experiences. I am very impressed that one forum site can provide hope and inspiration to people suffering from so many different conditions. I am proud to be a part of this community.

A little about me: I was recently diagnosed with RA (Nov 2010). It has been a long hard struggle and I found my way to this site while doing some research and I have to say I am so glad that I did because everyone has already helped me so much, with thier stories, knowledge and kind words of encouragement. Thank you so much!

I've been married for almost 18 years. I have 5 (3 boys and 2 girls) wonderful kids and one grand daughter. My favorite hobbies are work, crocheting, crafts and sewing. I am the oldest of 7 and I love spending time with my brothers and sisters. They mean the world to me.

My little sister Ange has been the most amazing gift my mother ever gave me and I could never repay her for all the encouragement, undertanding and love that she has given to me over the last 5 years while I have been struggling through this. She is truely an amazing person.

I look forward to making new friends here and learning more about this disease so that I can get better and hopefully help others as others have helped me!

"In memory of my mother who passed away in April 2010 from 2 massive heart attacks. She was only 58. I miss her so much....for my baby sister who is currently struggling with a horrible drug addiction and for my other baby sister who is still fighting to stay clean from a drug addiction...I am so proud of her! For my best friend who has Wolff-Parkinson-White Syndrome (WPW)."
