| A little about me: | I am married and 55. I love my husband and 2 daughters who are now grown and on their own. I try to live a very simple, spiritual life. I have a lot of medical conditions that sometimes get the best of me and wear me down. I like reading, cooking [but not cleaning] and I love music. I love my dog, who is a great source of comfort and good company when I have to spend time in bed.I'm ANA negative but have been diagnosed with diffuse connective tissue disease and am being checked for vasculitis. I have severe headaches and episodes of severe pain in the kidneys and stomach and spine etc. that can last days or weeks. I am prescribed 50 mgs. Of Imuran 3 X day and that helps the pain, weakness and fatigue the most. I have other chronic conditions but the immune disorder is what interferes with my life the most. |
