| A little about me: | Grew up with no self-esteem. Probably caused by my Father (thanks Dad!) and the 36 schools I attended as a kid (moved way too much). I was always the outsider! I finally identified my constant panic attacks as a young adult. I treated myself with self-help books and made remarkable changes in my life. A couple of years ago I joined a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Group where I finally got to the root of my lack of esteem and completely solved my mystery (not my problems). I wish I had done 20 years ago! |
