| A little about me: | 35y-o w/f, 95lbs{r.n, b.s.n. x13yrs}. miscarried june 2010, during d&c md noted VS serious & stopped sx...hr @190 w/pvc's & salvos, svt constantly. bp @ that time 239/148 while under anesthesia. they started doing the testing...& i noted 1 new s&s...surging epi... which=elv catacholamines in 24h urine & migb scan/cat scan showed bilat PHEOCHROMOCYTOMAS (l=2.9cm~~~r=3.2cm). docs need & want me hemodynamically stable b4 we proceed w/anything. (lopressor 400mg qd &cardizem 100 es po qd). + pvc's w/salvos & sometimes just plain salvos (long ones). i know these r soooooooooo rare. my docs are at a loss @ what 2 do (kelsey-sebold, sadler clinic). then 48h post pheo dx, hemotology called me 2 tell me i am NEGATIVE FOR CA MARKERS...BUT...platelets contin elev >550 x4wks, wbc elv x20-25 @neutphil&monophil, plus my ANA is +....the believe i hav lupus as well. now the tx for ea of the dx are polar opposites 4ea other--the tx for lupus is the WORST THING 2 DO 4 A PHEO &visaversa. please help...some1, any1. my cell is 239-560-5036. thank you. respectfully, kris mondry rn, bsn |
