Did your husband ever call you selfish and lazy in one sentence then later on say that you're so great to the kids and me and treat me great? I would mow her lawn, cook supper frequently if she was going to be late, watch her daughter if she couldnt find a sitter and spend quality time with her daugther on those days, scoop her sidewalks, comfort her if she was having a "bad" day. Some days I would literally leave my house 3 to 4 times on a Saturday or Sunday in the middle of doing my laundry or cleaning so she could have a "break" from her daughter and go outside of her house to smoke a cigarette. I would always drop whatever I was doing to do that for her. All our friends told me that I did more than enough, more than they ever would have. Now that we are apart, she still expects me to do this. I just can't. Then she gets upset telling me I am giving her mixed signals. Well she's the one that wanted to split up for really no apparent good reason and I'M sending mixed signals? Does that make any sense? She's the one that told me that she wanted me to move on, but then the next day tells me it would hurt her alot if I dated someone this soon. I don't want anyone else I'm still grieving over not being with her and her daughter anymore. Yet the next monday she calls me and says she has a date with someone. She says that me questioning her going on a date has nothing to do with sending mixed signals. It's like she twists things around and I can't keep up with it. I start questioning my own decisions and most of all my sanity.
Any insight? Take care of yourself too!!
