 | Hello Friends, Will be on vacation as from tomorrow Monday 10th June for a few days of pampering to celebrate my 40th birthday- hubby's treat to me- so will be out of loop, just to let you all know- so will not be able to reply to posts,hugs, or private messages- thanks for your understanding as well as patience. Have had pretty high pains recently- even now my legs are screaming plus most of the rest of my body is sore- this is just what need! We are taking our k9 Sebster with us too :-) as it is a dog friendly hotel. Only a short drive from where we live- around 40 miles away- yet such a very pretty location! Packing for vacation today. Leaving you all in the very capable hands of my fellow GL's- Dee, SS, & April on Self Esteem & Positive Thinking SG. Bekah on Chronic Fatigue SG. On Fibromyalgia & Me SG- Bekah, Fibroforever & Bobby. So, if you need anything then please turn to them over the next week- many thanks. Sending many positive vibes out to you each here. Look forward to catching up with you guys in a weeks, time. Yet, for all those here who are able to post then please do so as want to see lots of activity in all my groups when return- many thanks in advance to all you fabulous people for making this happen plus give yourself a pat on the back- much kudos to you. Huge heartfelt thanks to all my fellow GL's for looking after the groups fabulously whilst am away, too! You know think the world of each one of you, okay! As for all of my friends here- take most excellent care of You as well of each other. Please hold all messages until you see have returned as do not want to be flooded with messages- many thanks. May much good karma come your way, angels plus earth angels to bless as well as guide you, as well as random acts of kindness to tenderly touch you. Enough courage, compassion/self compassion, beauty,peace, love , a-ha eureka moments and ha-ha laughter therapy moments- may you have enough of each today, tomorrow , always- my wish for you each! For all those super challenged- hold on tightly as your life is special as are you plus you never know what anointing awaits you on the near horizon, plus lean on to all whom genuinely care, okay! Right now am super sore all over plus just getting over a migraine awoke with- the craft fair has taken it out of me big time. Although am mightily pleased did it as it was a positive experience in so many ways. Thank you for all your positive vibes that you sent out to me as well as your lovely messages over on Fibromyalgia & Me SG- much appreciated. The positive vibes helped greatly!! Batgirl is in high pains - so please bear with me as may not be around here much or reply to your individual messages straight away- need time to get pains to more manageable levels. Am still rooting greatly for each one of you :-) here, okay! Please take most excellent care of your fine self plus of each other here- a good friend to your self as well as to one another- may this be so plus may you make it so:-) All those here super challenged- hold on tightly plus know you are not alone! Your life is special plus your life matters- never forget this. (i) Angels comfort all those whom are deeply hurting right now(i) may this be so! | Hello Friend/s, Have been extremely ill hence the long break away from mdj- even had the doctor come out to the house twice- had a viral infection in ears that led to constant migraines for over a week, fever, so much nausea that had to have anti nausea tablets, was very dehydrated, over a week with very little sleep so was a physical wreck as well as emotionally delicate. Now have had some good sleep, am migraine plus headache free, no more nausea, no more fever, am weak plus have high pains in legs and back especially yet am on road to recovery at long last! Was housebound for 2 weeks. All my loved ones have been awesome whilst have been very ill- helped me much! Missed you all greatly yet was so light sensitive could not come online!! Batgirl needed to be in a dark batcave for a while- even sunlight hurt my eyes/head!!Please be very patient with me whilst get back into the swing of things!! Please be v patient with me as slowly get to answer all my many pm's, too! Huge heartfelt thanks for all the healing light you have sent my way & thanks for the healing light posts!! Am super foggy right now yet glad that that nightmarish 2 weeks of feeling incredibly delicate is now over. Yes still feel very weak yet at least am able to be here with you all again even if for short periods at a time! If anyone is going through a super tough time then just hold on tightly- it will pass!! Sending super gentle soothing hugs to you all, Namaste Clarita :-) Love you guys :-) |

so young..why me??
Why is it that I am so young, and I seem to be getting worse and worse when it comes to sickness. I never seem to have a good day. Whether it be migraines, IBS, or Fibromyagia, I never seem to get a break..Today is no different.
