 | Sorry that you're feeling so alone. About your kids-when my 2 were that age they didn't want anything to do with us parents. I think its normal and when they get a little older they'll come back to you and you'll feel closer. It does seem like therapy would be a great help if you could see someone more frequently. When I started therapy, I felt like you do, alone and miserable-but after several years I began to have a better sense of who I was and feeling more connected to others.It can get better-it happened to me and know that I care and I am thinking of you.
