| A little about me: | I am a nurse of 32 years working mostly in case management and with the military. in a behavioral health setting. I have 3 children ages 20, 22 and 24 and 2 stepchildren ages 32 and 34 and one grand daughter age 13. I was diagnosed with FMS formally about 7 years ago, but, was told close to 22 years ago that I might have FMS. I recently was diagnosed with hypoglycemia and am learning how to eat well which is affecting my fibromyalgia positively. I also have been diagnosed with Chronic Fatigue which I am having difficulty with. I would rather have the pain than the fatigue! I have moderate cervical stenosis and get injections to help that. My first husband had Bipolar disorder and died at the age of 46 from Alcoholic Cirrhosis. My daughter has Bipolar type 1 and one son with Bipolar type 2. I often feel like I am in a state of perpetual crisis as the caregiver and the patient. |

I will begin to journal the details of my life when it comes to my fibromyalgia. I have been dealing with this for about 4 years at least, probably more. In the last 3 years, my health has declined significantly and I have seen many many providers in search of an answer. I hope that I can be a help to some else.
