| A little about me: | I was diagnosed with Severe Depression at 16, Bipolar II disorder, Generalized anxiety disorder, and treatment resistant depression about 8 years ago at age 47. 8 years on meds 5 of them stable. As of October this year I've been stable for almost a month. Hopefully this will last another 5 year or longer. I'm a computer tech and I enjoy my job. I still have my days but through therapy and finding the right meds, working close with my pdoc & GP I hope for better days. |
