| A little about me: | I was finally diagnosed with Occipital Neuralgia June 07 (Mayo Clinic Mn)after 5 months of constant pain. It started as a fever and an infection in my mastoid area on the left side in Jan. 07. It took 27 Dr.'s apts. and I wound up at Mayo Clinic in June of 07. I am a single 30 year old mother of a now almost ten year old and a special education teacher. I still go to work in utter pain and sit in the dark and cry often. Last school year I was very ill... endometriosis Apr. 09, had tumor removed from right ovary Apr. 09, gallbladder removed June 09, barrettes esph., erosive gastritis May 09, 25 lbs weight loss since May 09...still in constant pain from ON. It was better for a couple months and now is back in full force. The pain switched from left side in 07 to right side in 09... |
