| A little about me: | Day to day I have learned to live a quality of life that allows me to be me. I have found not to let incontinence stop me from living. Incontinence isn't who I am, it's just something about me. Incontinence isn't stopping me. I enjoy being part of a Praise & Worship team, prison ministry, other various ministries, shopping, eating, computers, A/V equipment, long drives in the country, and so much more. Through groups like this one, I have been able to learn and grow. Supporting one another is so important. We are not alone in what we deal with. Changing a wet diaper is easier than wet pants. |

 | I like what you said. Incontinence isn't who I am, it's just something about me. I know this but it's been hard living it day to day. I'm retired and would like to travel but urinary incontinence makes me want to play it safe and stay in my comfort zone (home). |
