A little about me:

I'mm 22 year old woman and I live with my best friend and my boyfriend. Practically everyone I know has suffered some level of depression or mental health problems. I was diagnosed with sever anxiety during university but didn't wanna go on the meds. i think i'm coping better now

It will feel so good to know you are cared about and let others know how they have helped and supported you. 	Come welcome Back One of our Leaders in Depression Support Group!! Tammie (Groovypixie) Has been gone taking care of her elderly Mom after her surgery. Were so pleased to have her back with us!!
