	Hello dear ones! As Paulette said, it is time for another group hug :) An it is time to swing it out of the park too. Rheumatoid Arthritis Warrior is close to winning the Best Health Blog Contest. We were number one for some hours, which proves we can actually achieve this. Rheumatoid disease is simply NOT understood. Period. It is not talked about. It is not acknowledged. We are invisible. 	Good morning. I wanted to remind you to vote for the RA Warrior blog. We are now 400+ points behind first place, and we only have one week to do this!! Aren't you sick and tired of people not knowing what RA is, and saying things to you like "oh my grandmother had that in her finger", or "but you don't look sick", or "take some advil", or "its not that bad, its only arthritis", or "take a hot bath, you'll feel better"?? Wouldn't you like to shout to the world "Its RA, and here's what you need to know about it"? Wouldn't you like RA to get as much research money poured into it as diabetes, autism, and a host of other chronic diseases? YES? Then get on this site and vote! If you don't have facebook or twitter I'm sure you have friends that do, so ask them to get on and vote FOR you! I simply cannot stress how vitally important this could ultimately be to the future of RA treatment, publicity, and our health!!! So don't stand on the sidelines. My World,My Reality
My 1st entry will be short.Today my hands are hurting level 6/7.
Had to take Phenergan 25mg for nausea.When pain soars I usually feel like i am on a ship in a storm..ya know,turn green and the stomach rolls around.I have my knuckles wrapped and wrists with strips I cut of Lidocaine Patches.It does help the pain.Hopefully I will write more tomorrow.My guitar misses my hands and my hands miss her,tenderly moving her strings and feeling the cool wood against my cheeck as I lie my face on her at times I would play.Together we wrote songs,music to share will all and some just for us.That hurts more .No band-aids,no medications,just reality.
