Hello and Welcome to the Hearing Loss Support Group. Allow me a moment to tell you a little about myself:

I live in Sunny Southern California with my husband and our children. My husband and I have been married for nearly 8 years now. We have 3-year-old fraternal twin boys and a 1-year-old boy (yes our house is always very busy, full of toys and loud).

I am a Doctoral Holding, Dispensing Audiologist who has been in practice for the past 13+ years. I love the country and taking pictures of nature's beauty. I also love traveling the U.S., without any reservations or time constraints (just take it one day at a time and find a place, to lay our heads down, when evening comes).

During the past 13+ years I have had the opportunity to work with all age groups (from 2-weeks-old to over 100-years-old). I have worked with people, from the initial finding of hearing loss to those that knew for years. I have worked with people who woke, one morning, with a sudden hearing loss, Meniere's, ear infections, congenital malformations........

Come on in, introduce yourself, relax and never hesitate to contact me. I am here to give support, advice, a listening ear, a hug (thank goodness we have the ability to do that here on MD Junction)here to offer thoughts, ideas and support, when life with hearing loss seems a bit overwhelming.
