I am 39 and have just had my second vulvar surgery. I can not find any underwear that don't drive me crazy!! I have had my left and right labia major partially removed and every thing goes right were it shouldn't when I get dressed. Does any one have any suggestions? Thanks so much.

I would wear loose flowing skirts and go commando if I was you. I had what sounds like much less severe surgery than yours and that's what I did for close to 2 months. I would also try those panties that look almost like girlie boxers. Just make sure you go with something cotton and breathable. Letting "it" have air will help the healing process. Good Luck!
