MDJunction to me

Macv"For me, MDjunction has been a place where I can share my experiences
living with the very rare bone disease called Ollier's ( Enchondromatosis ) with the parents of children recently diagnosed. I can help them not to run
into the pitfalls my parents did when I was young, give them a bit of a view
from their child's perspective and simply be there to offer support and
hope to people who are scared and just had their lives upended. I also belong to a chronic pain group and it's been a Godsend to be able to actually
talk with others who understand what I'm dealing with. Besides them helping me through my tough times, I can be there to help them as well. Here too, I can use my years of experience to help others avoid pitfalls and it makes me feel good, gives my life more purpose. MDjunction brings people
together when their suffering, at their darkest and feeling alone in this world and allows some light to be brought back into their lives. HOPE, that's what
MDjunction means to me!

Hey there FreeMomma! First of all, welcome to our group! I am so happy you have reached out for some help and encouragement. Second, congrats on your newest addition. How many other kids do you have? Their ages?

I am very glad you are seeing a p.t. and that she has suggested the dialator and you have followed her instructions. I would also invest in the book/workbook set Completely Overcome Vaginismus (www.vaginismus.com). I am sorry that your rough labor brought this on but I am confident you will get better! I have heard of woman getting it through labor.

Dinner: 1 word, crockpot!! Toss in frozen boneless/skinless chicken breasts and pour bbq sauce, cream of chicken soup, italian dressing, ranch dressing, or etc. Cook all day. At dinner time, steam some brocolli or green beans in the microwave and make a pot of rice or instant mashed potatoes. 15 minutes at a time, you'll have dinner!

You can do roast beef, round steak, pork loin, turkey tenderloin with different sauces and the same type veggie/side routine.

Housework: My Dad told me once "You would rather be happy than have a perfect house" and I live by that. My house is picked up but I don't vacuum more than once a week (and my husband does it), my kids are old enough to clean the bathroom (I do check behind but don't have to), run one load of laundry a day, things like that.

Okay, so, speaking of dinner, I need to go check on mine! Let me know if I can help in any way! You can send me a pm or post here.

By the way, I am pregnant and have a scheduled c-section on Oct. 24th so if I don't get back in touch with you, that's why!
