Unemployment Online Support Group

I just found out i have 2 weeks left of unemployment checks and then no more . I'm going crazy . They were taking my child support from there . So basically now i cant be picky on the job search , i have to take whatever. Being bipolar doesnt help either .

I am so sorry to hear that you may have to take a low paying job that you hate. that sucks believe me I know cause I have taken a few of those. Never did last very long at them. I am lucky though as I live with my boyfriend and my children are all grown up. I am bipolar as well. The stress of looking for a job for seven years while working temporary jobs just about broke me down.

Can you file for an extension? I know a lot of people that have gotten it. I recently became unemployed and didn't know if I was going to qualify for unemployment, but I did thank God. I know how you are feeling. I freak out too. I hope that you find something that will pay you what you are worth. I use monster.com, careerbuilder.com, indeed.com, local papers and Craiglist.org. Watch out for Craigslist though, there are a lot of scams on there. I wish you the best of luck. I too have bipolar and it makes it that much harder.
