MDJunction to me

MissNikkiAnn"When you have an illness with the name "Non-Familial Dysautonomia" (a name that most people, and even doctors, have never heard of), you need a network
of people who understand the name and the symptoms/issues that come with it.
MDJunction led me to that network of people during a very confusing and sickly time. For this I am thankful. And for this reason I try my best to give back to other members the same care and help that I received through MDJunction.

Hey is daisybluejay I just wanted to answer some questions about camp. It seems almost eveeryone wants to know. Yes this camp is only for teens with Turner syndrome. Girls from 12 to 19 years old. It is in California. You don't have to go to Children's Hospital of Los Angeles to go. There are girls who came from Iran and Alabama! I actually got to go because of a scholarship. This is from various donors. Please let me know if you have any more questionsCheerful

I would be interested in what organization runs it, if you know, since I could research if there's anything close to this area (MN) like that, I am just curious. Is it the LA Children's hospital that puts it on?
