Bananas Anyone??

Is there anyone else out there who has such bad flare ups that even eating a banana seems impossible?? I have had periods of time where I lost weight because eating was just too painful!! Some might think this would be great .....if only it worked without all the pain that goes with it!! What kinds of things do you all do to help you get the nutrition you need when you can't chew your food??
