I don't have TMJ but I saw some posts and thought I'd just put it out there that I've learned that dental work can sometimes allow heavy metals (especially mercury) to get into your body causing horrible problems.

I believe anyone with dental work and health issues needs to be tested for heavy metals.

If you do get some things removed from your mouth be sure to do it with a dentist who is knowledgeable about heavy metal toxicity and how to safely remove things (crowns, root canals, etc.) without causing more damage.

Hope this helps!
